DELIVERY & RETURNS

GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days unless there is any doubt about the delivery address, or a product is out of stock. We will contact you if that is the case. Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery within the Netherlands and 5-15 business days for International orders. Delivery will be arranged to the address you specify in your order. The delivery provider is PostNL or in some cases DHL.

  • The Netherlands Standard Delivery (€6,75) - orders will be delivered within 2 – 5 business days.

  • Europe Standard Delivery (€13,00) - orders will be delivered within 3 – 7 business days.

  • International Express Delivery (€25,55) - orders will be delivered within 5 – 15 business days. 

  • Delivery times are for in stock Products only.

  • All deliveries are tracked and some must be signed for.

  • Please be aware that Dutch Public Holidays will affect your expected delivery date. 

  • Please note we are unable to deliver on Public Holidays.

All orders require a full valid address. If you provide an incorrect delivery address, we do not accept responsibility for the failure of an order to arrive. An extra delivery charge may be payable if you are not present to accept delivery. Risk of damage or loss to the products passes to you upon delivery or, if you wrongfully refuse delivery, when delivery is attempted.

RETURN POLICY

We do everything we can to provide you with a perfect Product(s) so that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason your purchase is not to your liking, you can contact us by e-mail. Please note we are unable to accept returns for earrings or any other pierced Product(s) due to hygiene reasons.

 

If the Product(s) is in accordance with our return conditions outlined in our Terms & Conditions, you have the option to return the Product(s) within 14 business days after receipt of the Product(s).We will not refund the cost of postage.

Please e-mail us at info@merakicaribbean.com to communicate the return and to request the shipping address to which you can ship the package.

The Product(s) must be in original condition, as sold, with no alterations, damage or additional wear to be eligible for a refund. All items must be received back with their original packaging.
